Rooted in the belief that developing values first leads to better players, coaches, and leaders, Gareth emphasizes the importance of personal growth on and off the field. His overarching purpose is to shape the lives of young aspiring individuals, fostering excellence in both rugby and life.
Hadley Jackson
Attack & Backs Coach
Hadley, an Australian ex-rugby player, tested his skills in New Zealand's ITM Cup before transitioning into coaching. He eventually became the Head Coach at Randwick Rugby Club in NSW, Australia. Yearning to coach in Europe, Hadley seized an opportunity in The Netherlands and relocated to The Hague in 2022, connecting with his Dutch heritage. Besides rugby, Hadley enjoys chess, amateur boxing, and European travel during his downtime. Committed to Dutch Rugby, he aims to help the nation achieve its considerable potential in the sport.
Robbie Coetzee
Forwards Specialist & Coach
Robbie Coetzee is a coach and active rugby player with a 16 professional years, mostly in South Africa representing teams like the Cheetahs, Blue bulls and the Lions in the Superrugby /Pro 14 and enjoyed the MLR league in America, most recently. Settling in the Netherlands had him explore his passion for developing the sport and influencing the next generation of players. Robbie has acquired a Level 3 in coaching and is working towards his next level in coaching qualification.
Mathew Cripps
Defense- & Kicking Coach
In his coaching career spanning over a decade, Mathew has been a guiding force in rugby coaching. Starting in August 2012, his insights and tactics have benefited the Men’s National Team with Rugby Netherlands as an Assistant Coach. His coaching portfolio is extensive, including a role at the former National Training Centre (NTC) and working with Rugby Nederland as a self-employed Defense and Kicking Coach, where he collaborated with the Men’s National Team, Age grades, and Academies.
