Hi, we are the dedicated staff and founders of Aspire Academy. With extensive experience as coaches and managers operating at the highest levels in The Netherlands, including work at prestigious clubs, academies and the National (U20) coaching staff, we established Aspire Academy.

At Aspire Academy, we bridge the post-(junior) Academy gap in The Netherlands, offering a continuous development platform that can be combined with your studies or work. Through International Partnerships, we collaborate with academies, universities, and clubs worldwide, creating a seamless international pathway aligned with the national rugby progression. As your go-to Skill Development Hub, Aspire Academy provides structured individual skill development for players and coaches, earning points for WR2 and 3 for coaches. Experience our High-Performance Camps with top coaches during school holidays

The 4 Building Blocks

Excel National Training Centre (ENTC):

Serving all rugby players that are 18 yrs. and older that seriously want to progress in Rugby and aspire an (inter-) national career. The Excel Academy consists of a 12-36 months program of which 6 months abroad and is endorsed through partnership by Rugby Netherlands as a part of the Pathway

Player development Program (PDP):

Offering Masterclasses and Camps throughout Europe. Meet the best of the best Rugby professionals, Professional Players, Trainers and Coaches if you seriously want to up your game. Offerings from 12 yrs to adults

Coaching Performance Development (CPD):

Offering modular Online- & Physical Training, Courses and Masterclasses throughout the Netherlands to bring Coaching professionals to a higher level. Directly supporting Rugby Netherlands, World Rugby and NOC*NSF with preparing and guiding coaches through the Coaching Pathway (Coaching WR1, WR2, WR3, WR4)

B2B Training and Speakers:

ASPIRE Academy delivers customized B2B training and speakers, applying rugby excellence, teamwork, and leadership principles to enhance business performance. Gain actionable insights for operational optimization and peak productivity.
